Ohio Agricultural Clearance Program (OACP)
The Ohio Agricultural Clearance Program (OACP) directs surplus or unmarketable agricultural products from nearly 100 Ohio farmers, growers and producers to Ohio’s 12 Feeding America foodbanks. The program provides tens of millions of pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables to hungry Ohio households each year and is funded by the State of Ohio in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The association works with suppliers to quickly redirect low- or no-cost product to prevent food waste and reimburse partners for their picking and pack-out (PPO) cost.
We rescue and redirect dozens of types of produce in various quantities and with variable lead times. Don’t let your wholesome food go to waste!
